Anxiety, trauma, and relationship therapy in Tacoma, Washington
If you’re looking for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Tacoma or online therapy in Washington State, you’re in the right place.
something has you feeling stuck.
When life shifts, you don’t have to find your way alone.
Do you feel like nobody really sees you? Are you afraid that if they did, they would turn away?
Sometimes we find ourselves putting on a “perfect” face because inside, we feel anything but. We lash out at those close to us and then we feel guilty and confused.
Maybe you’ve begun to notice some relationship patterns that no longer serve you.
Maybe anxiety holds you back from living a full life.
Or maybe unprocessed trauma or grief are showing up in distressing ways.
Therapy can help you get unstuck and move from feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, and not-enough to engaged, balanced, and whole. I’ve got you.
Hi, I’m Erin.
I meet you where you are and walk with you to where you want to be.
I work with young to middle‑aged women across Washington State who are navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, self‑esteem concerns, and the lasting effects of trauma.
Many of my clients come to me at pivotal moments in their lives: endings and beginnings, losses, new roles, or seasons of change they didn’t expect. These moments of transition can feel overwhelming, and they can bring to the surface old wounds we thought were healed a long time ago.
My work is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), psychodynamic therapy, and relational and attachment‑based approaches. Together, we’ll address your current symptoms while also exploring the deeper patterns that shape how you relate to yourself and others.
My style is honest, warm, and direct. Clients tell me they feel seen, understood, and more hopeful—sometimes for the first time in years.
Specializing in compassion, clarity, and change.

How it works
Ready to get started?
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you’re used to managing things on your own. I aim to make the process simple, supportive, and clear from the start.
1. Schedule a free consultation
Choose a time that works for you to connect by phone. We’ll talk briefly about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and whether we’re a good fit.
2. Begin therapy
If we decide to work together, we’ll schedule your first session. Therapy sessions are 50 minutes and can take place in person in Tacoma or online anywhere in Washington State.
3. Do the work—together
In sessions, we’ll explore patterns, build emotional awareness, and develop tools to help you move forward. We’ll go at a pace that feels safe and sustainable for you.
You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin. Showing up is enough.
